When did Gold Coast Chargers end?
Gold Coast Chargers ended in 1998.
Driving from Brisbane CBD to Gold Coast takes between 45 minutes and an hour depending upon where in the Gold Coast you are going to. The northern end of the Gold Coast starts officially at just south of Beenleigh. It takes about an hour to get to Surfers Paradise and about 1 hour and 5 minutes to get to Coolangatta airport from the Brisbane CBD.
This depends entirely upon which part of Brisbane one is driving from, and which part of the Gold Coast one is driving to. From the southern end of Brisbane to the northern motorway end of the Gold Coast is little more than a fifteen minute drive. On average, though, allow an hour up to one and a half hours to get from one to the other.
