It didn't completely die out, but as a religion, practically nobody uses it. When the Greek converted to the Orthodox church, the Greek gods were forgotten and ignored. In such ways, the Greek gods and the myths died out. The ones that did survive were few and possibly not complete.
it never really did it still is here the renments are still here today. i mean the parthanon, the eagle of zues, and Disney movies. but i guess after the rule of rome the gods startedd to fade out. but people still rememberedd them a little. sooner or later it turned into nothing but a tourist trap and suvioners.
