Harriet Tubman got married in the year 1844 when she was 25 to John Tubman. John Tubman was a free African American, and did not want Harriet to run away and said that he would tell her master. Never the least, Harriet left her husband in 1849 and ran away to Philadelphia.

Hope this helps! =)

In 1844, Harriet Tubman was married to John Tubman. Harriet was 25 years old. John Tubman was a free African American and did not support Harriet's idea of running away. He told her that he would tell her master. Harriet left him in 1849, which is the same year of when she ran away to Philadelphia. After the Civil War, Harriet remarried to Nelson Davis in 1869. They were married for 19 years, until Nelson Davis died.

No, Harriet Tubman did not get married. I found out that she was a spy, soilder, and nurse in the Civil War. She also freed herself and 300 other slaves from slavery.
