The nation of Israel itself ended in 722 BCE, so logically no further animal sacrifices occurred in Israel's history after this date, although the Samarians who came after them did perform animal sacrifices.
The southern Hebrew nation of Judah, known then as the Roman province of Judea, ceased animal sacrifices in 70 CE, after the destruction of the Temple.
2 Kings 21:6 "And he [Manasseh] made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger'
This passage tells us that the Hebrews of Judah were practising human sacrifices until at least 641 BCE although The Bible states that this practise was not acceptable to God or part of Judaism. By the time of Jesus, this practice had certainly ceased, but animal sacrifices continued until the destruction of the Temple in 70 CE.
