Most celebrities prefer to spend time with other people in the same business they are in, because when you date a fellow celebrity, that person understands what it's like to be famous and is not intimidated by it. Truthfully, it is very doubtful that Justin is dating Rihanna, although they may be friends and they certainly know each other.
