at Cocoa, Florida.

The KFC stores owned by the Florida Corp.

were not sold but rather became franchisees

of "Big Chicken".

Only the franchise rights to the state of

Florida were sold along with the "secret

recipe" known by the owners of the

Florida Corp two of whom were Grandsons

of Col. Sanders. I was there.
