Braille is names after its inventor, Louis Braille.
Louis Braille created Braille, a development of a military system for reading by touch, in the dark.
Louis Braille was too devoted to even think about giving up.
yes he is he made up the braille language!
Louis Braille did not attend kindergarten as we know it today, as it was not a common practice during his time. Instead, he attended the Royal Institute for Blind Youth in France, where he developed the Braille system of reading and writing for people who are blind or visually impaired.

Before there was braille, books for the blind consisted of large 3-D letters. The books were very heavy and expensive. Louis got the idea for dots by hearing about the code the French army was using to deliver messages at night. The code was made up with dots and dashes which Louis simplified to dots. And then voila! A more sufficient way to make books for the blind.
go up to the wall with the dots on it read it then wait for 10 minets go online and get a braille translator. figure out the braille and iff you are still unsure ask a question that tells me what the braille says and i will answer that question.
To see up ahead, to know if there is a rock or something in his path so he doesn't trip.
you die on earth and wake up in heaven, in heaven you do not want, or need anything
Here's the deal you can look up braille translations online if you want or grab a copy of Helen Keller books one of them has braille on the back and it shows which letter is which.
Using a braille chart, you can match up the braille with their corresponding letters to find out what they mean. Here is a braille chart: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Braille
