Communist Party of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic ended in 1991.
Current (as of the end of 1991) world maps have the Russian Federation labeled as Russia. Russia was one of 15 constituent republics (now 15 independent nations) making up the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics from 1922 to 1991. The Russian Federation during this time was the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic.
Well, it depends on what exactly you mean by that. The USSR ceased to exist in December of 1991. Though the Communist party of the USSR was disbanded at the same time, later (in 1993) the Communist Party of Russian Federation was instituted, and currently it is the second largest party in Russia. So in some sense communism never left Russia.
Arab Federation ended in 1958.
It's been a while since I've seen it, but I'm pretty sure it's "National Anthem of the Russian Federation" or more simply, the Russian National Anthem.
