It depends what program. Usually you can just reboot it and it should function again. If it refuses to startup again because it thinks it's already running you may have to manually end the process. Open up task manager and go to processes. Be careful here as if you sut down Ieexplorer or anything like that your computer will end up not functioning without a reboot. So if you are unable to find a process which is blatantly obvious to be the program you were running just reboot your computer to automatically end any non-essential processes. Upon reboot try to open the program again. If it opens but continues to crash, contact the publisher o the program and report your issue to them. Hope this helped :P
