Some. I own a Beretta 92FS. It's a variation of the M9 used by the military. Both my gun and all M9s used in the US military are made in the US. However, you can purchase Italian made Beretta guns.

Yes, and no. The US Military does not sell guns to ANYONE. However, there are FORMER military rifles that are legally sold. This includes rifles used through the 1950s that are not fully automatic (machine guns). My very legal collection includes military rifles from Great Britain, Germany, Russia, Italy, Switzerland, the US, Columbia, Argentina, China and Japan.
