I have been collecting and researching Vidrio wares for many years. The company moved several times. Most of the items that we collect were produced while they were on 52nd Ave in Cicero, IL, where they had a glass factory from 1931 through 1934. I suspect that they bought their glass after that, primarily clear glass instead of the nice marbelized products they made themselves. They merged with Grand Sheet Metal Corp in 1946. The company was last listed in 1951. Here is a photo of the glass works on 52nd Ave:http://home.wowway.com/~dthompson4389/vidrioproducts.htm
