Well, if it is the same exact, there is no difference. The only difference between products that are sold in-store and online is the way you will purchase them, and how you will receive them. If you were to by an 8GB iPod Touch on Walmart's website, you would have to pay by entering a credit card number, or another way of online pay. Then, the item would be mailed to your address and you would receive it a couple of days later. If you were actually at Walmart, you could purchase the item from the Electronics department. You would pay with credit card, cash or another means of physical pay. You would then receive the item right after you pay for it. So, the only differences are those. There should be no other difference.
