It is more than likely that Johann Gutenburg was required to use an out house. Indoor plumbing did not become a norm in households until the 1930's and Gutenburg was alive in the 1300's. Since there was not any indoor plumbing available at the time, Gutenburg would of had to use an out house.
I was born Mar 31. 1929. In a small town in IL. We always had indoor plumbing. The Aztec's had indoor plumbing.
