Their marriage was annulled in 1533; Katherine had previously been the wife of Henry's younger brother Prince Arthur, who was only 15 when he died in 1502 and is buried in Worcester Cathedral.

Katherine lived for another 3 years, dying in September 1536 at Kimbolton Castle in Cambridgeshire at the age of 50. There have been rumours that she died from poisoning. She was the mother of Mary Tudor, Queen of England after Edward VI.

Henry VIII's fourth wife was Anne of Cleves. Technically they were not divorced as their marriage was annulled on 9th July 1540 on the grounds of non-consummation.
