There are many sources with information on the Milton Bradley Company's Microvision game console and its release date. The most trusted site, Wikipedia, says that it was released in November of 1979.

There is a release mechanism you access by opening the rear storage part of the center console. Once you pull up on the release mechanism, you just lift the rear of the console and slide it back. This releases the front of the console, which is held in by floor mounted brackets. You reverse this procedure to reinstall the console.

It's very unlikely they'll ever release a game twice, so it probably won't happen. And even if they did re-release, they'll most definitely want it on the most recent console at that time. At the moment this is the Nintendo DSi, but it's sounds highly unlikely for a company to release a button orientated game on a console with a touchscreen and stylus.
