Well- a couple of problems- the first being that is not stainless steel. In 1929, they did not make stainless steel revolvers- likely is nickel plated. Second, value of ANY firearm is based on exact make, model, condition, and originality. There are TONS of revolvers marked 32 S&W that are NOT made by Smith & Wesson- 32 S&W is the CALIBER of the gun, not the make. Unless it bears the S&W logo and address, it was made by someone else. Your best chance of an accurate appraisal will be to visit a local gun shop of gun show, where a hands on assessment can be made. The Model 61 was never made in stainless steel. If you are sure it is SS and not Nickel, you will need a professional appraisal. I suggest you contact Roy Jinks at S&W.

Yes, Winchester produced a limited number of Model 1894 rifles in stainless steel in the early 1990s. These were part of the "Legendary Lawman" series and are highly sought after by collectors. The stainless steel finish was not a standard option for the Model 1894.
When the Remington Model 32 was discontinued it's design was brought to Europe and production restarted in Krieghoff in the 1950's. Their first model was called the Model 32...
