In the United States, women have been voting since 1920. In the UK, some women got the right in 1918, but there were restrictions for several more years depending on whether they were property owners. I am not sure what you are asking. Voting rights are given in the constitution and the states have made laws to restrict some voting rights, but the federal government is suppose to protect voting rights.
Electronic voting goes faster and is efficient when it works. However there have been problems with electronic voting and issues raised as to the accuracy.
