Most stars don't move appreciably over the course of a human lifetime, and even those that do don't "line up" in any meaningful way.

The stars are in fact brighter than the moon as many distant stars produce their own light (just like our sun) and the moon only reflects sunlight. However, since many of these stars are so far away and the moon is relatively close to the Earth the Full moon appears to be brighter.

it comes out when all stars are lined up usualy close to full moon off topic but according to legend this has special affects and it's probably a very special day, that was predicted by the Mayans they were really good at science anyway that's when it comes out!
