I have 7 kids and all said their first word extremely early(3 months) however most babies have said their word by 1 year. Some can even be 2 or 3 however this rare. Babies vary greatly and develop at different rates.

Babies typically say their first words around 12 months of age, but this can vary greatly. Some babies begin speaking as early as 9 months, while others may not speak until closer to 18 months. It's important to remember that every child develops at their own pace.
