Different snakes come out at different time. Many snakes come out at night. For example, in Australia, many of the most poisonous snakes come out at night. But there are also snakes who come out in the day for example certain rattle snakes come out in the day to search for prey. Snakes are cold-blooded and depend on the temperature of their surroundings. If it is too hot, such as in deserts, they are more likely to be out in evenings and night. In other more temperate areas they are more likely to be out with the sun.
Well corn snakes are most active in the night time mostly but are still active in the day time. And you should be more spacific about what snake.i am not a snake expert but know a lot about corns since I am getting one and have been doing non-stop research about them. Sorry that I can't answer but at least I hope this helps........ Probably not but I tried...
Many snakes, such as garters, come out in spring when the weather is at its warmest. This allows snakes to bask, eat, and breed as soon as they come out of the dens in spring.
From my experience, they usually are out (in the bushes, trees, or rushes - by a body of water) midday. I find them 12-3 p.m. near my house.
