Seiya (Sailor Star Fighter) initially had the suspicion that Eternal Sailor Moon was Usagi when she mentioned something about Seiya that only Usagi would know in episode 181, when Seiya and Usagi went out on a quasi-date. However, by episode's end, Seiya convinced himself that Usagi couldn't be Sailor Moon, with Usagi herself none the wiser of Seiya's alternate identity.
In episode 188, Sailor Aluminum Seiren found out Eternal Sailor Moon's true identity as Usagi Tsukino, and set a trap. However, in order to protect her, Seiya transformed into Sailor Star Fighter, thus revealing his/her identity as Star Fighter. Usagi was shocked, but transformed as well, confirming her dual identity to Seiya/Star Fighter. Since this particular trap took place on an airplane, the presence of the Sailor Starlights in place of the Three Lights and the Sailor Senshi in place of Usagi and the girls pretty much indicated to everyone who their alternate identities were.

∙ 13y agoNo. Well actually Luna talk to Sarina and says she's sailor moon. Sarina thinks she's crazy and goes to school and every time they get a new sailor scout they don't know that sailor moon is the princess until episode 34 & 35 4 Japanese and 30 & 31 for English season 1

∙ 12y agoIn the anime, she finds out in Episode 34 (30 in the dub) of the first season, titled "The Sparkling Silver Crystal! The Moon Princess Appears," ("A Crystal Clear Destiny" in the DiC English dub). In it, Zoisite lures Mamoru Chiba/Tuxedo Mask (Darien in the dub) to the Starlight Tower to duel over the Rainbow Crystals. Zoisite betrays Mamoru when Kunzite (Malachite in the dub) takes the crystals from the center of the floor and disappears with them, leaving Mamoru to fight Zoisite, while Usagi, unconscious and unaware of Mamoru's duel identity as Tuxedo Mask, lying behind Mamoru.
Zoisite traps Usagi and Mamoru in an elevator and sends down a fireball, intending to tell Queen Beryl that Mamoru died in an accident, but Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon and saves them both. However, Mamoru insists on continuing his duel with Zoisite despite the missing crystals, and Zoisite takes the opportunity to exact revenge on them both by aiming a large crystal at Sailor Moon's back. Mamoru, having revealed his identity as Tuxedo Mask, notices before Sailor Moon, and takes the fatal blow for her. Sailor Moon cries out in grief, and her tear summons the Rainbow Crystals and forms the Silver Crystal and transforms Sailor Moon into Princess Serenity, the Moon Princess.
In the manga, she finds out at the end of Act 8: Minako - Sailor V /beginning of Act 9: Serenity - Princess, when, similar to the anime, Tuxedo Mask takes a fatal blow meant for Sailor Moon. In grief, Sailor Moon cries a single tear that becomes the Silver Crystal.

While battling Black [Wicked] Lady and Wiseman, she changes into Neo-Queen Serenity. Once Black Lady reverts back into Chibiusa, Usagi also de-transforms from the Queen to Sailor Moon. However, when Wiseman aims to destroy her, she again channels the power of the Silver Crystal, and becomes Neo-Queen Serenity. A now-conscious Chibiusa is upset, thinking she can't do anything to help, but upon crying, the 30th century Silver Crystal reveals itself, and Chibiusa transforms into her Princess form to assist Neo-Queen Serenity. Because Chibiusa knows her mother is Neo-Queen Serenity, it is likely this moment when she realizes that Usagi is also her mother (albeit in the future).
