After you complete the 4* quests : Lost in blue and Leader of the ice pack an urgent quest will appear. In this quest you have to repel a lagiacrus, this is easy as all you have to do is hit him loads of times. After he runs off some new quests appear.
Kill of the rathian in the "dragon lady" quest. Another urgent quest will now appear. This quest ("Fell the Lagiacrus") requires you to kill the lagiacrus.
