You Get it once you have Caught Reshiram/Zekrom And Beaten N. Then you will be back home and you will see Looker (Detective) But he is dressed a syour mom but he uncovers himself and he will give you it then asking you to capture the 6 remaining sages on the loose.

∙ 12y agoAfter beating the elite 4, you will be in your bedroom in Nuvema Town. Go downstairs, talk to Looker and he gives you the Super Rod.
In Pokemon Black and White, the Super Rod is the only Rod you can get.

∙ 12y agoYou must beat the Elite Four. When the credits roll and you're at home go downstairs. You'll see Looker (the International Police dude from Sinnoh). He'll come to you and talk to you. He gives you the super rod. You cannot get the other rods in the game.
