You can capture Reshiram when you make your way through N's Castle and enter the room that N is in. Then he will say a bunch of stuff and Zekrom will come to him. Then Reshriam will form from the Light stone that you have. Then you can catch it. Warning- you only have 1 chance to catch it.
If you make it faint, you need to go to the dragonspiral tower after.
Other warning- you might want to save your master ball for something else because Reshriam is eazy to catch and the other legendaries(Cobalion) is really hard to catch. (timer balls are great.)
