what u first have to do is get trough the dungen all the way to level 99 then once you are out go to the frendiship maker with jiglypuff or whatever it's name is then you will be able to buy there area *BE WORNED* it will take you a while to get them to be friends just like the other legendary Pokemon

Yes. In the Buried Relic dungeon, you face the three regis on floor 15, 25, and 35, one on each floor. The first time through you can't recruit any of them, but after that, you'll just have to keep going through and beating them again until you recruit them.

If you want to recruit the regis, you need the part that you got from the particular Pokemon (like the steel part for registeel) or the music box. After you get one of those, redo the dungeon and keep on beating them until they join your team.

Yes you can but regice, steel and rock all might take more than one time to recruit after aegis cave. Regigas is 100percent recruitment so you just fight him once after aegis cave. ( note: i got all the regis except for ice on my first try so their not THAT HARD to recruit).
