This is something that I hope you have prayed about. God has a unique way of telling us things. When you are called to pastor you will have a burning desire to spread Gods word. Not everything will fall into place but God will open doors for you. If God wants you to pastor a church then there is not much you can do about it. There are many different callings. Some to preach, some to teach Sunday School, some to organize, others to do outreach. All are the job of a servant. There are endless things that God has for us to do. I hope and pray that if you have truly been called by God to preach then you do this through prayer and according to His will. God bless you.
