The options depend on why the lamb is crippled. There are several diseases of sheep that result in congenital deformations of the lamb's skeleton, and there are very few options for rehabilitation for these. If the lamb was born OK then had an injury, you can try to support the injured limb and see if the lamb can heal out of it.
