there most likely wont be a demo but the full game is coming out in November 15th i believe that it will feature a new v.a.t.s system and brand new perks weapons and armour i believe that it will be very difficult to get power armour even standard models like t-49b and the only way to get it would be to befriend the west coast brotherhood of steel or simply kill them so there you have it.
