Well, if you're talking about Dealga, I don't know what you're talking about, but if you mean Dialga, then I know what you're talking about. Just go through Temporal Tower. If you have stat raising moves, throw a stun seed at Dialga, don't let your partner attack, and max out some of your stats. If you don't, try using X-Eye seeds, sleep seeds, paralyze Dialga, and it would be very helpful if you had the TM Dig and taught it to you or your partner.
