Season 2's premiere date has not even been released yet, we just know that it will air in September 2010. Season 3, which has been confirmed, will obviously likely air in Fall 2011. Although Season 4 has yet to be confirmed, based on the show's popularity it is probable, and I would guess it will air Fall 2012.
Well due to the shows popularity there probably will be a season 4 but maybe because we all can admit things on glee are happening too fast and the creator has said he is planning to graduate the characters in season 3 so if they graduate maybe the show is gone but we have to wait and see.
