It was put on indefinite hold when Disney purchased LucasFilms but as of September 2013, Seth Green stated they have 39 completed episodes w/ another 62 scripts ready for production.
Disney just has to give the greenlight for an airdate and give the go for the remaining episodes to be completed.
Since Detours was a Cartoon Network production and since then, Disney purchased LucasFilms, they've have created their own Star Wars program titled Star Wars Rebels, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Detours to air.
