if it is a fat male or on females it grows with her
A lap rabbit is a domestic rabbit that is specifically raised to be a companion animal, often kept in homes as a pet. These rabbits are typically social, friendly, and enjoy being held or cuddled, making them ideal for lap sitting. They can vary in size and breed, but their affectionate nature is what distinguishes them as lap rabbits. Proper care, socialization, and a suitable environment are essential for their well-being.
I lay my rabbit on his back in my lap and try hold his paws out of view while cutting them. He really doesn't like the nail clippers.
It means he/she wants you to hold it and give it love! One thing when you get a rabbit means you vow to love it every day! <3
For fun mostly, or they want attention from you.
The rabbit's biggest defect is that it is so cute as a baby. They are bought for the cuteness but then it grows and the cuteness turns into an adult rabbit with teeth that can bite and claws that scratch even when they don't mean to. The occasional curious nip and the sitting on your lap with the claws digging in your legs spurs most people to rehome the rabbit.
They tend to make amends for what they have done in the past, if your bunny was skittish before it will let you pet and kiss him/her. If your rabbit was cuddly before, it will lie on your lap and lick you.
Dew-Dew-Dewey Day was created in 1927.
As much dew as dewdrop could drop if a dewdrop could drop dew
It is mold or moss growing from letting it's dew lap hang in a water bowl. This is not good. wash your bunny's chin getting rid of the green stuff. Dry thoroughly using a hair dryer if necessary. Put a water bottle in your rabbit's cage instead of a crock or bowl.
Your sister can sit ON your lap not IN your lap.
It is called a Wattle and is the same as the comb on the top of the roosters head. It is used primarily to cool the bird. But also to attract mates.
I would probably have to say no. A rabbit will not wriggle about as much if you have it upside down, but rabbits are not big on being picked up & i would definitely say the last thing your rabbit will be doing if your rocking it would be sleeping. maybe try & just sit it on your lap and stroke it.
