Book 3: Fire has already been aired in the U.S since September 21, 2007. So far what has been aired were chapters 1-13. I believe Chapters 14 & 15 have not been aired in the U.S so far because according to Wikipedia it was suppose to air on May 6th, but it didn't show on Nick nor on Nicktoons. However, chapters 14 & 15 have been leaked on multiple Avatar fan sites.
However, chapters 16-21 will be officially airing on July, 2008 marking the end of Book 3 and the end of the Avatar series, so no website has leaked it so far.
If you have seen a wesbite that has claimed to have Chapter 16, do NOT download the video because if you do, it might give you spyware or viruses or something, because people have told me it just gives you a blank black page and won't play the video.
