When Gracie comes to your town, talk to her and she'll say something about a fashionista badge. She'll give you a quiz about fashion. To get your certificate, just choose the first answer, no matter how crazy. If you keep talking to her, she'll give you a makeover. The type of clothing and accessories you get in the makeover depend on how much "donation money" you give her. More money is not always the best.
