Snow is almost unheard in Malta.
It fell briefly in March 1877,February 1895,January 1905,March 1949 and February 1962 always with little or no accumulation on the ground. But these are not official accounts & according to the Malta Met Office snow has never been recorded in Malta, with noted accounts thought to actually be of soft hail otherwise known as Graupel. There is no photographic evidence of any of these past snow falls so it is more likely that hail or Graupel was misidentified as snow.
There is no snow in Malta, due to its geographic location.
