Wikipedia and a posting on the sky forums would suggest 19 Feb.
Unfortunately, it will not return due to low ratings from season 2 'Break in the sky'. this lead the anime downfall. I was very dissapointed because i loved it, if somebody were to pay off the creator to redo season 2 than AMEN!!!
September on Sky 1
No, sky 1
Late spring, summer and early fall the sun appears high in the sky, late fall, winter and early spring, it appears to be low in the sky. this is caused by earth's tilting when orbiting around the sun and rotating on it's axis.
There will be another season and it should come out on the 23rd of september! and the episode will be called red sky at night!
