When will volume 23 of fruits basket will come?

Fruits Basket volumes 21-23 are already out. They are already out in Japan, and they are already out in The United States of America.

If you live somewhere else, I don't know. You can always read Fruits Basket online on mangafox (mangafox.com) but translations aren't always 100% accurate. You may want to ask a local book store in your area if you don't live in the USA

Volume 23 of Fruits Basket has already been released. It was published in English by Yen Press on November 10, 2020. You can purchase it from various bookstores or online retailers.
