When ever your infenape uses fire blits it gets hit with recal why?

Probally it gets hit a recoil because it uses alot of energy or the move does so its hp or its health and how its doing goes down do to losing energy. almost like a math problem Use fire blitz (ENERGY)+ Hp= losing hp since energy is hp. There you go (i think)_ tehee
