To avoid feeling lonely, you need to excercise, read a book, or go outside, be with friends or family. it doesn't necessarly have to be the opposite sex, and its not always the solution, becasue it can hurt you later on ensuring that while feeling lonely we do get attach to the person who is by our side pretty easilly. So my advice is that you need to get out of your house don't think about wut makes you feel this way, just go out and enjoy, park is the best place to refresh yourself.
