It is rumored that Graystripe will become leader after Firestar dies in Omen of the Stars #3 or #4. I know that Brambleclaw will not become leader but, maybe he'll stay deputy. ----------------------------- He does not, because he is not deputy. He was formerly deputy until he was captured by Twolegs and was away from the forest for so long that he was deemed unfit to be deputy because he was not aware of current events.

When Dustpelt still shows no respect for Firestar(heart) Sandstorm turns her back on him. He still loves Spottedleaf and she loves him back but she doesn't mate with him because she doesn't want to break the warrior code. In Firestar's Quest the two Thunderclan cats mate and have their kits Leafkit and Squirrelkit. Spottedleaf also tells Sandstorm their relationship and Sandstorm doesn't worry anymore.

Yes. If a leader dies then he simply looses a life and comes back, unless he is on his last life. There are exceptions to this however. For example, Tigerstar lost all nine of his lives in a single blow from Scourge. It is possible that Firestar could die in a similar way. Firestar still has 3 lives left to lead.
