Aspirate
When you had your injection, the needle peobably went trough an blood vessels. When the needle was withdrawn there was bleeding from the vessel puncure. The blood accumulated in the muscle. This is an intra nustcular haematoma. Drugs such as diclofenac can also lead to thinning of blood increasing chances of bleeding.
Intra muscular injections can be adminstered at sites having bulk of muscles eg. buttock, arms. if you r giving it in buttock then palpate for muscle belly clean the area with spirit swab then insert needle 'perpendiular' to muscle and then slightly pull out piston to check needle is not in any vessel,if no blood came then push the piston slowly. after adminstering whole drug remove needle and put a swab for 5 minutes
Firstly, take a syringe with a needle. Secondly, fill it with the medicine that you need. Lastly, poke the needle through your skin into a blood vessel. Push the syringe slowly, and make sure that you do not jerk your hand, or poke it too deep. Make sure that the needle is not rusty. Do not push the syringe too quickly!

Aspiration is especially important when you are administering anesthesia, for example, during a dental procedure, all anesthesia are local, meaning only a small area of your body will get numb, and by injecting the drug into a blood vessel it will follow the blood stream into other parts of the body. With that said, it does matter what type of injection you are administering, if it is some sort of vaccine, it may not cause any complications even if it gets in your blood stream.

before your vessel is insured, the insurer needs to know the class your vessel belongs so as to determine it's premium. also the classification society gives full details of the vessel and what it does so the insurer knows the type of vessel it will be insuring.
