Probably a bug in browser. Delete all Cookie and Session Data using Clear History and then restart your browser and server. It would be better to restart the whole PC after cleaning browser data

safari should already be on your iPod touch. it is a default app that cannot be deleted.
You cannot just download and install Windows on your Mac. To install Windows on your mac you will have to partition your hard drive and then install Windows on that new partition. This will have no effect on your existing OSx. To do this you can use Boot Camp already installed on your Mac or Parallels which you must purchase.
if you have steam you can install it from there but if not you will manually have to place the files in the correct place
You should properly uninstall the program. 1st go to Control Panel and select Add or Remove Programs. Uninstall the program you wanted to uninstall. After that you can then manually remove the remaining files of the program in your hard disk commonly located at the folder Program Files in Drive C. Finally try to reinstall the program you wish to install.
Yes! As a matter of fact, it will alert you that you have already bought the song with your account and will offer to download it to your compy for free! This also works with apps from the App Store.

Yes Edit: the save file will be deleted, but you can keep your creatures. In that case when you re-install it, you will still have your creatures.
i just deleted it using yahoo's anti-spyware. Install yahoo toolbar and they give you anti-pyware that tracks suspiscious cookies
Install updates manually first. Reboot and try turning on.
If you have a computer with Windows Me, XP, or Vista, then Windows Movie Maker will already come installed on it by default. Windows 7 does not have it; however, you can manually download and install Windows Movie Maker onto a Windows 7 computer.
When you deleted the files, you must have deleted the uninstaller.
