Sync it through iTunes.
All you have to do is make your iPod shuffle only sync music instead of everything that your itouch is syncing.
To download music and transfer it to your Apple iPod Shuffle, you typically use iTunes or the Apple Music app. First, purchase or download your music through the platform, then sync your library with the iPod Shuffle by connecting it to your computer. After selecting the desired songs, you can easily sync them to your device. For newer versions of macOS, you might also use Finder for syncing.
Yes, you can use an iPad to put music on an iPod Shuffle, but you'll need to use iTunes or the Apple Music app. First, connect the iPod Shuffle to your iPad using a Lightning to USB adapter. Then, you can sync your music library with the iPod Shuffle through the app, provided you have the right setup. However, direct syncing may be limited depending on the iOS version and the apps available.
To stop iTunes from syncing your entire library to your iPod Shuffle, connect the device and open iTunes. Select your iPod Shuffle from the devices list, then go to the "Music" tab. Uncheck the option that says "Sync Music" or choose "Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres" and manually select the specific content you want to sync. Finally, click "Apply" to save your changes.
30 seconds to 2 minutes.
What generation is it? Also, what type of iTunes do you have?
Assuming you have done the required steps of connecting the iPod to a computer with iTunes, putting music onto it and charging it, all you have to do is plug in some earphones, turn the device on and press 'play'.
You go to the bit where there is a pic of your ipod. Then click on the tab which says music. Then tick sync music and it should sync it
Go into iTunes and click on your device. Then there will be a tab that says music and check Sync All and then click sync at the bottom :)
If you remove the music from iTunes library, the next time you sync your ipod, it should remove the music.
Maybe try updating your software for the iPod.
