The driver from the manufacturer's website is almost always the most recent one available. The one that came on the CD with the product may not be.

You mean printer driver? The best (and only, maybe) place to find it is the Manufacturer's website itself. If the driver for x64 exists, it can only be supplied by the manufacturer.
Go to the printer manufacturer’s Website and search for print drivers, printer drivers or drivers. Find the right driver for your printer model. Download and install the driver. You may have to restart the computer after installing the new driver.
If the network card did not come with one, and the operating system doesn't include one, you can almost always download a driver from the manufacturer's site free of charge.

The manufacturer recommends 22" for the driver side and 19" for the passenger side. I've always been bothered by the amount of area on the high part of the driver side that the wiper doesn't reach so I have always installed 24 and 17 instead with much better results.
Most manufacturers websites have a download section for this. If worse comes to worse, you can always google the model number with the word "driver" to come up with something. That is how I solved a video problem a few years back. Just googled [Manufacturer name] [model number] driver
