There's absolutely no indication any of Seth MacFarlane's shows will ever be released in blu-ray.
Volume 6 was released April 19th. The set contains the complete 5th season.
The 6th broadcast season will of course be called Volume 7 and will possibly be released this time in 2012, but there's simply no way of knowing at this time (03/2011)
In non-region one areas "Season 6" (which contains the same episodes as Volume 6) will be released June 27th.
