No you can't.
Chaos only.
yes it's possible
In Dawn of War 2 and Chaos Rising you can only play as Space Marines in the single-player campaign, but in Retribution you can play as any race. In skirmishes and multi-player you can play as any race.
It is coming out in 2012, next July. Hope this helps!!!

We can assume due to Relic's history of expansions. The first DOW had 3. And COH has 2. I would say yes because they will probably add the other races AKA chaos, dark elder, imperial guards, necrons, tau empire and sisters of battle There have been expansions, in the form of Chaos Rising and Retribution.
7th of November 2014 its called stick wars chaos ahead
Answer: Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War: Winter Assault, is an expansion pack to the original Dawn of War game, it features a new race, The Imperial Guard. The IG is much like the Space Marines but weaker. This also includes a brand new Campaign where you can choose to play as either Order (The Guard and Eldar) or Disorder (Orks and Chaos).
it is because you need to purchase the : Dawn of war Dark Crusade in order to unlock Tau and Necrons. Dawn of war Winter Assault to unlock Imperial Guards and at last Dawn of war ( The First Game ) to unlock Space Marines , Chaos , Eldars and Orks And after that you will need the Keycode of all of them and activate each one when the time appropate
dawn of war 2 are in the shop.
At the Dawn of War was created in 2005-02.
