Well, for a long time, the first 13 episodes of Dragon Ball were not owned by FUNimation, the people who brought Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT to DVD uncut. Well, apparently they finally own them, because Amazon is taking pre-orders for Season One of Dragon Ball now! And FUNimation IS the distributor for it!
