Go to the IRS gov web site and use the search box for Filing and Paying Your Business Taxes

Information about which form you may be required to file, where to send your return, and how to pay your Business Taxes

Employment Taxes for Small Businesses

If you have employees, you are responsible for several federal, state, and local taxes. As an employer, you must withhold Federal income tax withholding, social security and Medicare taxes, and Federal Unemployment Tax Act (FUTA) taxes.

Reporting Employment Taxes

In general, employers are responsible to report federal Income Taxes, Social Security, and Medicare taxes on Form 941, Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (PDF) and Instructions (PDF), or Form 943, Employer's Annual Federal Tax Return for Agriculture Employees (PDF) and Instructions (PDF) (For use by farm employers).

Note: Employers who have an employment tax liability of $1,000 or less for the year may file Form 944, Employer's Annual Federal Tax Return (PDF) and Instructions (PDF), instead of Form 941, Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return. Eligible taxpayers will be notified by mail.

Report FUTA taxes on Form 940, Employer's Annual Federal Unemployment (FUTA) Tax Return (PDF) and Instructions (PDF).

Why doesn't everyone pay FICA taxes on all reported income as do low income earners?

Your premise is wrong. FICA is paid on FICA wages (different than reportable income in many ways), and is paid by everyone up to a certain FICA wage limit, which increases with cost of living...currently about 102K a year. If your seldf employed, you pay essentially 2x as much as an employee...because the company of an employee pays half the total 15.3% total tax. (So the owner of your company pays 7.65% FICA for each of his employees).

Do you pay fica tax on long term disability payments?

Yes, long-term disability payments can be subject to FICA taxes if the premiums for the disability insurance were paid by your employer and not deducted from your taxable income. If you personally paid the premiums with after-tax dollars, the benefits you receive are generally not subject to FICA taxes. It's important to review your specific situation and consult a tax professional for personalized guidance.
