The Rowdyruff boys are made to destroy the Powerpuff girls, but since they are so similar to each other; in a way they are made for each other.
Blizzard was a made up character that had nothing to do with the actual show.
Blizzard is not from the official Powerpuff Girls by Craig M. Although, she is not made up either. I wonder about her too. Although, she was created by Bleedman. Hope that short peice of info helped. :) Sorry if it didnn't :(
"See me, Feel me, Gnomey" was the last episode in the series and was unaired in the United States. However, in honor of the powerpuff girls' ten year anniversary, Craig McCracken made a one-off special entitled 'the powerpuff girls rule' it aired in late 2008/early 2009 depending on which part of the world it was.
The Rowdyruff Boys are made of snips, snails, and a chemical called "Spice" in the Powerpuff Girls series. This combination was intended to create evil counterparts to the Powerpuff Girls.
Craig McCracken created the Powerpuff Girls because he wanted to come up with a new idea. Maybe he thought the idea of five-year-old superheroes looked cute. I think that the idea of superheroes was old-hat even then. There are way too many of them. If I were the one who created the Powerpuff Girls, I wouldn't make them the hostile superheroes they were. I'd make it some sort of comedy. Who can't have enough of that? A better new idea would be to become a Jewish missionary or create a related organization. If Christians seek converts, why don't Jews? Christianity grew out of Judaism, after all.
