the projected date is 2010
It's been out for years now.
According to Mmo-champion: "Added Cataclysm release date: December 7th"
its December 7th but it could change but that's the date they have chosen for now :)
World of warcraft II does not exist. There have been several expansions to the game which include The burning Crusade, the Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. They are also releasing another expansion Mists of Pandaria, with an unknown launch date
World of Warcraft Expansions in order are as follows: Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. As of September 25, 2012 the newest expansion Mists of Pandaria should be added.
12/19/08 is the realse date for the UK
November 23rd, 2020
That is unlikely, as even a lean version of World of Warcraft would be 9-10 Gb easily. There are also a lot of patches to apply, and the next expansion, Cataclysm, will still require more content to be added. If you want to save space, it is possible to remove the downloaded patches and store them somewhere else - just remember to keep them in case you want to quickly re-apply patches at a later date.
There is no such thing as buying membership; in order to play the game itself, you only need to buy the base edition and (after your first free month expires) set up a subscription plan. Currently, the basic edition comes with The Burning Crusade for free, meaning you only need Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm to be up to date. World of Warcraft has no such thing as a "lifetime membership" like some other games do.
No, but it is the most played MMORPG to date.
According to wikipedia, it was released on 13 February 2002.
Patch 5.0.0 should be the next major content patch (right before Mists of Pandaria comes out) for World of Warcraft. There probably will not be a patch 4.4.
